Mas não se engane, não tem moleza; o trabalho é sério: fazemos muito (muito!) e, por isso, aprendemos e evoluímos mais rápido.Queremos criar valor de verdade para a sociedade e para isso vamos mudar a maneira como as pessoas reabastecem seus lares e ainda deixar a cadeia de distribuição mais eficiente.Para isso acontecer nosso Coordenador de Operações precisa estar totalmente dedicado para liderar a equipe operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Coordenar a rotina da expedição, garantindo o fluxo correto de conferência, organização e saída dos pedidos;- Liderar e acompanhar o time operacional, garantindo produtividade, disciplina e alinhamento entre os turnos;- Acompanhar indicadores da área, como SLA, produtividade, atrasos, acuracidade e qualidade da expedição;- Identificar gargalos operacionais e propor melhorias nos processos;- Atuar em parceria com áreas como estoque, picking, transporte e qualidade;- Garantir que os pedidos sejam expedidos dentro do prazo e com o padrão esperado pela Shopper.Requisitos e qualificações- Experiência em operações logísticas, expedição, centros de distribuição ou áreas relacionadas;- Vivência com liderança de equipes operacionais;- Boa capacidade de análise de indicadores e tomada de decisão;- Perfil organizado, mão na massa, dinâmico e com senso de urgência;- Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em ambientes de alta demanda;- Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.Diferenciais- Experiência em e-commerce, supermercado, alimentos, dark store ou operações de alto volume;- Conhecimento em WMS, sistemas logísticos ou ferramentas de gestão operacional;- Vivência com melhoria de processos, ganho de produtividade e controle de indicadores;- Experiência em operações com perecíveis ou produtos de alta rotatividade.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:- Voucher Mensal Shopper - Convênio médico Amil - Vale Transporte- Totalpass - Sesc- Bonificação conforme metas
