Se você gosta de aprender, se conectar com pessoas e quer crescer dentro de uma rede sólida e reconhecida, essa oportunidade é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e acompanhar a equipe de professores e monitores;Conduzir reuniões periódicas para alinhamento e desenvolvimento da equipe;Realizar observações em sala de aula e promover feedbacks para aprimorar a prática docente;Acompanhar e promover o desenvolvimento profissional da equipe por meio de treinamentos e suporte contínuo;Conduzir processos de contratação e demissão de professores e monitores;Conduzir reuniões semanais com a equipe pedagógica e individuais com os professores;Gerenciar a integração de novos colaboradores e seu treinamento inicial. Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em coordenação pedagógica ou em funções de liderança;Vivência em sala de aula ministrando aulas de tecnologia e lidando com metodologias de ensino;Conhecimento em técnicas de ensino de tecnologia e práticas pedagógicas modernas;Capacidade de utilizar ferramentas de gestão educacional e sistemas para lançamento de notas, frequência e controle de turmas;Experiência em processos de recrutamento e seleção de professores e monitores;Capacidade de planejamento e organização de calendários de atividades pedagógicas e eventos extras;Habilidade para realizar atendimentos e prestar suporte a alunos, pais e responsáveis;Experiência em conduzir observações de aula e oferecer feedback construtivo;Disponibilidade para participar de reuniões, eventos e atividades em horários de maior necessidade, quando necessário, inclusive aos finais de semana.Inglês avançado.Informações adicionais🚍 Vale-Transporte (VT) conforme política da unidade.🏫 Bolsa de estudos parcial ou integral nos cursos de idiomas.📈 Oportunidade de crescimento profissional dentro da escola e na rede.
