Que tal unir-se ao nosso time? Descubra mais sobre as características dessa posição abaixo e boa sorte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do processo de planejamento da escola, implementação dos projetos pedagógicos e projetos especiais;Suporte pedagógico na implementação e no aprimoramento das propostas pedagógicas.Desenvolver, em conjunto com a equipe pedagógica, a integração curricular dos materiais didáticos utilizados para as propostas pedagógicas.Definir e aplicar estratégias de desenvolvimento profissional dos educadores e coordenadores para melhoria contínua da aplicação das propostas pedagógicas.Observar aulas gerando relatório de avaliação e plano de ação para apoio a cada educador.Desenvolver manuais para padronizar o suporte aos educadores.Acompanhar as ações formativas e dar um feedback da execução, orientando sobre as necessidades de adequação ou alteração.Participar da produção, acompanhamento e palestrar em eventos exclusivos para as escolas.Identificar necessidades de âmbito pedagógico para educadores e direcionar demandas advindas dos diretores das escolas.Participar dos processos seletivos de educadores, analisando currículos, entrevistando candidatos e gerando um relatório por candidato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em desenvolvimento e formação de educadoresInglês fluente/proficiente - somos uma escola bilíngue por imersãoExperiência em gestão escolar e sala de aulaConhecimento em aquisição da segunda línguaEnsino Superior Completo em Pedagogia, Licenciatura e similaresPós graduação.Informações adicionaisTicke alimentação,Plano de saúde unimed participativo,Plano odontológico.
