Responsável pela coordenação, acompanhamento e controle de equipes e atividades ligadas às áreas produtivas da empresa, incluindo os métodos e processos da área, visando atingir as metas estabelecidas para a produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuições·       Coordenar e implementar ações voltadas a saúde e segurança dos nossos profissionais e o respeito ao meio ambiente, a fim de promover um ambiente de trabalho saudável, seguro e ambientalmente responsável;

·       Contribuir com o aprimoramento de processos e o desenvolvimento de iniciativas alinhadas às agendas e estratégias de sustentabilidade do Negócio;                                                                           

·       Garantir processo produtivo eficiente, atendendo as demandas da área de planejamento/programação, através de ferramentas produtivas, manutenção de inventário e planos de ação que visem ganhos de produtividade e flexibilidade;                                                                              

·       Disseminar a estratégia da empresa, motivar e desenvolver a equipe através do monitoramento e do suporte às suas atividades, da capacitação contínua por meio do plano anual de treinamentos e de feedbacks constantes, gerando assim um clima organizacional favorável e um ambiente de transparência e respeito que gera maior produtividade e atenda os requisitos estabelecidos no código de ética e conduta da empresa;                                                                                   

·       Gerir recursos, metas operacionais e fluxo da cadeia produtiva, através do monitoramento de indicadores e tomada de decisão e ações de melhoria contínua, alinhadas ao planejamento estratégico da empresa;

·       Participar da elaboração do orçamento de investimentos e de despesas fixas, controlar e otimizar os valores através do gerenciamento mensal das contas;                                                                         

·       Buscar em conjunto com a área de manutenção a excelência na disponibilidade de máquinas, equipamentos e demais ativos da sua área através de um plano de manutenção preditiva, preventiva e corretiva, gerindo os recursos financeiros previamente planejados;            

·       Assegurar recursos para que o sistema de qualidade, responsabilidade socioambiental e saúde, higiene e segurança do trabalho cumpram a política da empresa e legislação vigente através da análise crítica dos resultados e de campanhas contínuas de conscientização das equipes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios

·       Formação superior completo preferencialmente em Engenharia e/ou Administração.

·       Experiencia em gestão de equipes, com liderança de times em ambiente industrial.

·       Conhecimento e experiencia nos processos de injeção do ramo plástico e processos de montagens.

Requisitos Desejáveis

·       Pós-graduação ou MBA completo preferencialmente em Gestão Empresarial, Negócios, Finanças ou Gestão de Pessoas.

·       Conhecimento da metodologia WCM.
