Investimos em inovação sustentável e oferecemos a diversas indústrias soluções em embalagens plásticas completas e inovadoras, além de compostos, resinas recicladas, masterbatches e máquinas, produzidos com as melhores matérias-primas e equipamentos do mercado.Nosso propósito é elevar a qualidade de vida por meio do desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras e sustentáveis em embalagens, otimizando recursos e apoiando a economia circular para os plásticos.Se você se identifica com a nossa Empresa, venha ser VALGROUP, juntos vamos muito mais longe!#vemtransformaroplasticocomagenteResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades e equipe de qualidade no processo de Impressão e Rebobinadeira;Definir a disposição do produto não conforme (retrabalho, refugo, liberação condicional, etc.);Identificar possíveis problemas de qualidade nos processos de impressão / rebobinadeira e propor soluções corretivas e preventivas;Acompanhar diariamente a produção de produtos críticos, atuando na melhoria contínua e na resolução de não conformidades;Receber, registrar e conduzir a análise de reclamações de produtos relacionadas às áreas de Impressão e Rebobinadeira, identificando causa raiz;Coordenar a investigação técnica das reclamações, envolvendo as áreas produtivas e demais setores pertinentes;Definir e acompanhar planos de ação corretiva e preventiva decorrentes de reclamações, garantindo eficácia e prazo de resposta ao cliente;Consolidar e reportar indicadores de reclamações (índice, recorrência, tempo de resposta) para a Gerência, propondo ações de melhoria contínua.Elaborar e revisar procedimentos e instruções de trabalho do Controle de Qualidade;Manter atualizadas as matrizes de competência e habilidade do setor.Realizar treinamento e capacitação de toda a equipe do Controle de Qualidade;Realizar avaliação de desempenho dos colaboradores;

Requisitos e qualificações•Graduação completa em Engenharia Química ou Materiais;

•Será diferencial ter vivência na função ou áreas relacionadas;

•Conhecimento avançado Pacote Office;

•Inglês avançado;

•Desejável Espanhol;

•Disponibilidade para residir em Itamonte ou região

Disponibilidade de dirigir para viagens em visita a clientes ou fornecedores;

Normas de qualidade e Sistema de Gestão (ISO 9001; desejável BRC/FSSC quando aplicável ao segmento de embalagens);
