Responsabilidades e atribuições O QUE VOCÊ FARÁ ASSUMINDO O CARGO

·        Batimento de Tesourarias: Efetuar o batimento de tesourarias, incluindo os cofres da loja e da Prosegur, além do fundo fixo e dos trocos das gavetas dos PDVs.

·        Fechamento de Caixas: Realizar fechamentos de caixas e tesourarias, garantindo a precisão dos valores.

·        Verificação de POS: Verificar a utilização correta dos POS de cartões, assegurando que as transações sejam registradas adequadamente.

·        Auditoria de Atividades: Auditar as atividades das lojas, incluindo cancelamentos, trocas, vendas e trocos, para garantir conformidade e eficiência.

·        Acompanhamento de Performance: Acompanhar a performance dos fiscais e líderes de caixas, identificando áreas de melhoria.

·        Instrução e Treinamento: Instruir as lojas com dúvidas diárias, pessoalmente, por telefone, e-mail ou workchat, e oferecer treinamento quando necessário.

·        Verificação de Cadernos de Apoio: Verificar a utilização correta dos cadernos de apoio das tesourarias, assegurando que sejam utilizados conforme as diretrizes.

·        Atividades Correlatas: Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme orientação superior, adaptando-se às necessidades da equipe

Requisitos e qualificações O QUE É ESSENCIAL PARA SE DESTACAR 

Ensino Superior Cursando/Completo;Conhecimento pacote Office;Desejável experiência de 01 a 02 anos em cargos anteriores na carreira;Domínio do software Zanthus e SITEF;Domínio nas operações de Caixas, Tesouraris e Troca;Conhecimento em Produtos Financeiros do Cartão Torra;Vivência em desenvolvimento de Sistemas;Conhecimento básico em Excel e Power Point;Se identificar com os nossos valores;T ransparênciaOrganizaçãoR espeitoResiliênciaAgilidade
