Responsável por liderar e desenvolver as operações comerciais de uma determinada região, garantindo o atingimento das metas de vendas, o crescimento da participação de mercado e a execução das estratégias definidas pela empresa. Atua diretamente na gestão da equipe de vendedores, supervisores e representantes comerciais, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho, identificando oportunidades de negócio e implementando ações para aumentar os resultados.
