Toda vez que olhar para o céu para sonhar, nós estaremos lá. #OCéudoBrasilÉAzulJá pensou em continuar decolando sua carreira na Melhor Companhia Aérea do Mundo? 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia:O Tripulante integrará o time de Infraestrutura e Facilities em  VCP que fica localizada emCampinas/ sp. Coordenar obras, reformas e adequações nas bases da Regional Sul/SP, garantindo prazo, qualidade e controle orçamentário;Planejar e acompanhar manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos sistemas prediais e ativos de infraestrutura; Gerenciar contratos de limpeza, jardinagem, manutenção predial e demais serviços de facilities; Atuar no controle de CAPEX e OPEX das bases sob sua responsabilidade; Garantir conformidade com normas regulatórias, licenças e exigências dos administradores aeroportuários; Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs e SLAs), promovendo melhorias contínuas; Conduzir negociações com fornecedores, concessionárias e administradores aeroportuários; Apoiar projetos de expansão, implantação e desmobilização de bases; Liderar equipes próprias e terceirizadas, assegurando alto nível de desempenho e atendimento às necessidades operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisa trazer na Bagagem (Pré-requisitos):Coordenar obras, reformas e adequações nas bases da Regional Sul/SP, garantindo prazo, qualidade e controle orçamentário; Planejar e acompanhar manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos sistemas prediais e ativos de infraestrutura; Gerenciar contratos de limpeza, jardinagem, manutenção predial e demais serviços de facilities; Atuar no controle de CAPEX e OPEX das bases sob sua responsabilidade; Garantir conformidade com normas regulatórias, licenças e exigências dos administradores aeroportuários; Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs e SLAs), promovendo melhorias contínuas; Conduzir negociações com fornecedores, concessionárias e administradores aeroportuários; Apoiar projetos de expansão, implantação e desmobilização de bases; Liderar equipes próprias e terceirizadas, assegurando alto nível de desempenho e atendimento às necessidades operacionais.

Será um diferencial se tiver:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Facilities, Engenharia de Segurança ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em ambiente aeroportuário, companhias aéreas ou operações de alta complexidade;Certificação PMP, CAPM ou similar;Conhecimento em Oracle Cloud e ServiceNow;Inglês intermediário para leitura e escrita de documentação técnica;Experiência com AutoCAD, MS Project e Power BI.
