Atuar de forma estratégica e integrada na implementação, consolidação e evolução do Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO), fortalecendo a cultura, a performance e a experiência dos colaboradores, ao mesmo tempo em que assegura a excelência técnica, a conformidade legal e a eficiência dos processos de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo suporte sólido ao crescimento sustentável do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as rotinas de folha de pagamento, encargos sociais, férias e benefícios, garantindo 100% de conformidade com a legislação trabalhista e normas do eSocial.Coordenar o fluxo de Recrutamento e Seleção, assegurando que o quadro de funcionários esteja alinhado ao orçamento aprovado e às necessidades técnicas das áreas.Monitorar e controlar os custos de pessoal e o orçamento da área de RH, analisando desvios e propondo correções preventivas.Gerenciar o Plano Anual de Treinamento (PAT), focando tanto em capacitações técnicas e certificações obrigatórias quanto no desenvolvimento de lideranças.Liderar o processo de avaliação de desempenho, apoiando as áreas na identificação de talentos e na construção de planos de sucessão e carreira.Manter a política de cargos e salários atualizada frente ao mercado, garantindo equidade interna e competitividade para retenção de talentos.Validar movimentações, desligamentos e alterações contratuais, garantindo que as políticas internas e as normas regulamentadoras sejam seguidas sem riscos jurídicos.Atuar como parceiro estratégico (BP) junto aos gestores de cada setor, realizando reuniões de alinhamento e auxiliando na resolução de conflitos e gestão de pessoas.Desenvolver, implementar e manter iniciativas que promovam a Cultura da empresa, garantindo que os valores organizacionais sejam praticados e gerindo as pesquisas de clima com planos de ação eficazes.Apoiar e acompanhar as negociações coletivas e acordos sindicais, garantindo a manutenção da paz social e o equilíbrio nas relações de trabalho.Representar a TCP como preposto em audiências trabalhistas e fiscalizações, além de participar de eventos institucionais de interesse da companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação completa em Gestão de Pessoas, DHO, Estratégia, Liderança, ou áreas correlatas.Vivência sólida em estruturação e consolidação da área de DHO.Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista, folha e e-social.Excel intermediário.Inglês avançado.Conhecimento da dinâmica portuária será considerado um diferencial.Disponibilidade para viagens.Informações adicionaisVaga presencial em Curitiba ou Paranaguá, com deslocamento a Paranaguá de 2 a 3 vezes por semana (transporte fornecido pela TCP).
