Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponder pelo desenvolvimento e manutenção do sistema de gestão de controle de qualidade das matérias primas, produtos intermediários e acabados da unidade, garantindo a qualidade dos produtos, conforme exigências técnicas e necessidades dos clientes, contribuindo para o cumprimento das normas e políticas de meio ambiente e segurança do trabalho, bem como para a manutenção do projeto 5s na área industrial e cumprimento e manutenção do sistema de gestão da empresa. Responder pela avaliação dos processos produtivos, elaborando estudos e testes, visando à identificação de oportunidades de melhoria do desempenho operacional e maximização da eficiência dos equipamentos, elaboração e execução de planos de ação.Realizar o controle orçamentário da área e buscar alternativas para redução de custos referentes a área de controle de qualidade, bem como elaborar plano e solicitar novos investimentos para melhoria dos controles e agilidades de execução do laboratório.Garantir o cumprimento e recursos para execução de todas as atividades necessárias para a realização dos ensaios com rastreabilidade e confiabilidade (desde a amostragem até a entrega dos resultados nos sistemas oficiais da empresa, laudos comerciais, exigências legais como INMETRO, licenças de reagentes químicos, CNEN, etc)Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade Mínima: Superior em Química, Engenharia Química ou Engenharia de ProduçãoFormação Desejável: Especialização Certificações: CRQExperiência Requerida: Acima de 5 anos Domínio em informática: Pacote Office, SAP.Conhecimento teórico e prático dos processos de fabricação de cimento incluindo qualidade; Conhecimento de gestão de pessoas;  Metrologia; Portal SIM; PI System; Sistema inteligente de controle (EO, Linkman e Millexcs); Sistemas de gestão; Identificação e análise de falhas; Indicadores de desempenho/controle; Gestão de inventário; Gestão de custo/orçamento.Informações adicionaisBenefícios que apoiam sua jornada
