En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.¡Seguro no te quieres quedar fuera!Coordinador Soporte de Microinformática OnSite¿Por qué te elegiremos? ¡Porque los desafíos que asumirás reflejan tus ambiciones!Responsabilidades y atribucionesRealizar el monitoreo y seguimiento operativo de las plataformas tecnológicas asignadas, garantizando su correcto funcionamiento diario.Operar y verificar el estado de las plataformas de red Cisco, asegurando la conectividad y disponibilidad de los servicios, sin realizar configuraciones directas.Brindar soporte básico en la administración y funcionamiento de servidores Windows Server, con capacidad para identificar incidencias y escalarlas a los proveedores o fabricantes correspondientes.Apoyar la operación y mantenimiento de los dispositivos de salas de reuniones (videoconferencias, pantallas, proyectores, sistemas de audio), verificando su disponibilidad y correcto desempeño.Escalar oportunamente los incidentes o requerimientos que requieran configuración avanzada o intervención especializada, según los procedimientos establecidos.Mantener comunicación efectiva con los fabricantes y proveedores de soporte de infraestructura tecnológica, asegurando una gestión oportuna de los casos escalados.Registrar, documentar y hacer seguimiento de los casos en las herramientas de gestión de incidentes o tickets asignadas.Cumplir con los protocolos de operación, seguridad y escalamiento definidos por el área de TI.Participar en revisiones de servicio y proponer mejoras operativas en los procesos de soporte y gestión tecnológica.Requisitos y calificacionesExperiencia laboral comprobada como supervisor de equipos de trabajo IT.Sólidos conocimientos ténicos y experiencia práctica de microinformática.Experiencia técnica sólida con capacidad para dar instrucciones a una audiencia no técnica.Perfil con orientación al servicio al cliente con actitud resolutiva.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.Habilidades de gestión de equipos.Informaciones adicionales
