Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e prospectar clientes, identificando suas necessidades e oportunidades de compra;Realizar contatos, acompanhamentos e agendamentos;Apresentar os empreendimentos e acompanhar os clientes durante a jornada de compra;Negociar e conduzir oportunidades até o fechamento;Manter os registros e as atividades comerciais atualizados no CRM;Acompanhar metas e indicadores de desempenho;Participar de treinamentos, reuniões e ações comerciais;Desenvolver o relacionamento com os clientes e gerar novas oportunidades.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Boa comunicação e facilidade para se relacionar com pessoas;Perfil comercial e orientação para resultados;Proatividade, organização e comprometimento;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial;Interesse em aprender e construir carreira no mercado imobiliário.Também receberemos candidaturas de pessoas que ainda não possuem CRECI e têm interesse em ingressar na área, com disposição para realizar a formação e a regularização necessárias.
