Estamos em busca de um(a) Corretor(a) de Redação para integrar o time fixo de corretores do CeCor – Centro de Correção do Grupo Salta Educação.O(a) profissional atuará com correção criteriosa de redações de diferentes segmentos escolares e marcas do grupo, utilizando habilidades de análise textual, interpretação, atenção aos detalhes e aplicação consistente de critérios avaliativos. As correções são feitas de forma online em uma plataforma do Grupo.A posição é CLT, com carga horária de 30 horas semanais, e exige alto comprometimento com qualidade, prazos e alinhamento pedagógico. O trabalho é realizado no modelo home office, com encontros presenciais e online ao longo do ano. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua missão será:Corrigir uma quantidade fixa de redações semanais, aplicando corretamente as grades de correção de cada proposta;Elaborar comentários pedagógicos claros, detalhados e adequados à faixa etária dos alunos;Atuar com diferentes segmentos escolares, do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental ao Pré-vestibular e Pré-militar;Corrigir redações de diferentes modelos avaliativos, incluindo grades escolares, vestibulares regionais e concursos militares;Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das entregas;Participar ativamente da trilha de conhecimento, composta por pílulas de aprendizagem, cursos, treinamentos presenciais e online e materiais de apoio;Participar de treinamentos e alinhamentos pedagógicos, aplicando as orientações recebidas para garantir padronização entre os corretores;Receber e colocar em prática os feedbacks mensais relacionados à qualidade da correção e ao desempenho geral;Manter comunicação constante com analistas pedagógicos para esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre grades, critérios e sistema operacional de correção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara assumir esse desafio, você precisa ter:Licenciatura completa em Letras (obrigatório);Gestão produtiva do tempo e organização para cumprimento de metas semanais;Conhecimento sólido sobre gêneros e tipologias textuais;Domínio da norma-padrão da Língua Portuguesa;Sensibilidade pedagógica e linguagem adequada para diferentes faixas etárias;Disponibilidade para participar de encontros presenciais (necessário residir no estado do Rio de Janeiro);Comprometimento com processos, alinhamentos pedagógicos e desenvolvimento contínuo.Informações adicionaisExperiências diferenciais:Experiência prévia com correção de redações escolares, vestibulares ou concursos;Vivência com diferentes grades de correção;Interesse em desenvolvimento pedagógico contínuo.Benefícios oferecidos:Contratação CLT;Plano de Saúde e odontológico;
