Estamos à procura de um Corretor de Redação qualificado para se juntar à nossa equipe educacional. O candidato ideal será responsável pela correção e avaliação de redações de estudantes do Ensino Médio, fornecendo feedback detalhado e construtivo para ajudar no desenvolvimento das habilidades de escrita dos alunos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAvaliar e corrigir redações dos estudantes conforme os critérios estabelecidos.Fornecer feedback claro e detalhado sobre pontos fortes e áreas de melhoria.Ajudar os alunos a entenderem os aspectos gramaticais, ortográficos e estruturais de suas redações.Trabalhar em colaboração com professores e coordenadores pedagógicos para alinhar os critérios de avaliação.Participar de reuniões pedagógicas e treinamentos de capacitação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Letras, Pedagogia, ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência anterior em correção de redações, preferencialmente com estudantes do Ensino Médio.Excelente domínio da língua portuguesa, incluindo gramática e ortografia.Habilidades de comunicação clara e eficaz.Capacidade de fornecer feedback construtivo e motivacional.Organização e atenção aos detalhes.Disponibilidade para corrigir redações dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
