Buscamos profissionais motivados por desafio, com forte olhar para negócios e direcionado a identificar oportunidades e soluções.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar novos clientes e realizar atendimentos presenciais, por telefone ou online;Avaliar o perfil e as necessidades dos clientes para oferecer os produtos de seguro mais adequados;Elaborar propostas comerciais e acompanhar processos de cotação, emissão de apólices e endossos;Prestar suporte e esclarecer dúvidas aos clientes sobre coberturas, prazos, valores e condições contratuais;Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes ativos para renovação e fidelização;Acompanhar sinistros e orientar o cliente em todas as etapas do processo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em áreas como Administração, Gestão Comercial, Seguros ou afins);Registro SUSEP ativo ou disponibilidade para obtenção;Experiência anterior em vendas de seguros ou no mercado financeiro será um diferencial;Boa comunicação, habilidade de negociação e foco em resultados;Conhecimentos básicos em informática (pacote Office e sistemas de gestão de seguros);Perfil proativo, organizado e com facilidade para trabalhar com metas.
