Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesArquitetura Operacional: Estruturar modelos operacionais ponta a ponta, definindo processos, responsabilidades, interfaces entre áreas e capacidades necessárias para a operação.Discovery e Diagnósticos: Conduzir iniciativas de discovery, diagnósticos operacionais e estudos de aderência para compreender operações complexas e consolidar recomendações estratégicas.Jornadas e Processos: Desenhar e transformar processos, jornadas de clientes e modelos operacionais, mapeando pontos de contato, dores e oportunidades.Benchmarking e Melhoria Contínua: Realizar análises comparativas com o mercado para identificar as melhores práticas, capacidades operacionais e oportunidades de evolução.Gestão de Impactos: Avaliar impactos organizacionais decorrentes de novos modelos, identificando lacunas de processos, papéis, controles e integrações.Cocriação e Facilitação: Conduzir entrevistas, workshops e atividades de cocriação com equipes multidisciplinares e áreas de negócio.Visão Executiva: Construir recomendações e materiais executivos robustos para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificações💻 Competências Técnicas EssenciaisTransformação Operacional: Sólida experiência na construção ou transformação de modelos operacionais complexos e mapeamento de processos.Discovery e Diagnóstico: Vivência comprovada conduzindo diagnósticos organizacionais, pesquisas de mercado e discovery de processos.Jornadas: Experiência prática na construção e análise de jornadas de clientes.Projetos Multidisciplinares: Histórico de atuação em iniciativas complexas envolvendo diferentes áreas de negócio.🏆 Diferenciais (O que valorizamos)Setor de Saúde: Vivência no segmento de saúde suplementar, especialmente em Operadoras de Plano de Saúde, Seguradoras Saúde ou ecossistema Unimed.Metodologias e Ferramentas: Conhecimento em Service Blueprint, Design Thinking, Design de Serviços, além de ferramentas como Miro e Jira.Contextos Regulados: Experiência em projetos regulados pela ANS e em iniciativas de integração, migração ou aquisição de carteiras.🤝 Soft SkillsPensamento Estratégico: Capacidade de aprender rapidamente novos contextos, investigar operações desconhecidas e estruturar conhecimento a partir de evidências.Perfil Analítico e Proativo: Facilidade para transformar cenários ambíguos em diretrizes claras e executáveis.Comunicação Executiva: Habilidade para conduzir facilitações e engajar stakeholders de diferentes níveis.
