Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolvimento e Sustentação: Atuar na codificação, manutenção e evolução contínua do sistema principal de vendas, garantindo alta performance e estabilidade.Integração de Dados: Desenvolver e otimizar rotinas de banco de dados, assegurando a integridade e a velocidade das transações comerciais.Ambiente Operacional: Interagir com operações em ambientes Unix/AIX para suporte e liberação de versões.Versionamento e Qualidade: Aplicar boas práticas de controle de versão de código e seguir os padrões de desenvolvimento estabelecidos pela equipe.Metodologias de Projeto: Participar de ritos e entregas estruturadas tanto em contextos Ágeis (Scrum) quanto em ambientes tradicionais (Waterfall).

Requisitos e qualificações💻 Competências Técnicas EssenciaisLinguagens Legadas: Domínio prático de xHarbour, Harbour ou Clipper.Banco de Dados: Sólida experiência com Oracle e SQL para consultas, procedures e manipulação de dados.Sistemas Operacionais: Noções fundamentais de ambiente AIX ou sistemas Unix-like.Versionamento: Experiência com ferramentas de versionamento de software (Git ou similares).Metodologias: Vivência prévia trabalhando tanto com metodologias Ágeis (Scrum) quanto com o modelo Waterfall.🏆 Diferenciais (O que valorizamos)Vivência prévia em projetos de tecnologia para o setor de varejo (especialmente em sistemas de frente de loja/PDV).Conhecimento em rotinas de migração ou modernização de sistemas legados.🤝 Soft SkillsVisão Sistêmica: Capacidade de compreender regras de negócio complexas e críticas para a operação de vendas.Resolução de Problemas: Perfil analítico e foco em troubleshooting rápido para cenários de alta criticidade.Trabalho em Equipe: Facilidade para colaborar com times multidisciplinares e stakeholders de diferentes áreas.
