Assegura a organização, limpeza e conservação da área de trabalho, equipamentos e utensílios, em conformidade com as Boas Práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos (BPF), normas de segurança alimentar e segurança do trabalho.Realiza a identificação (etiquetagem), armazenamento e controle dos insumos, observando os procedimentos internos, o sistema PEPS/FIFO e as diretrizes do setor de Nutrição. Monitora a qualidade dos produtos utilizados, contribui para o controle de desperdícios e otimização dos recursos, presta suporte técnico aos cozinheiros de menor nível e auxilia na integração e orientação de novos colaboradores quando necessário. Executa outras atividades correlatas e responsabilidades que lhe forem atribuídas pela liderança imediata, contribuindo para o alcance dos padrões operacionais e dos objetivos da unidade.Atuar em uma ou mais praças de especialidade da cozinha, correspondentes, a massaria, garde manger, a carnes, peixes ou massas e risotos e sobremesas, atendente as comandas conforme solicitadas, deixando as refeições prontas para serem servidas, checar validades e etiquetas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo. Curso técnico ou superior em Gastronomia será considerado um diferencial.Experiência mínima de 2 anos em cozinhas de alta gastronomia, preferencialmente em hotéis de luxo ou restaurantes renomados.Habilidade na preparação de pratos sofisticados, com atenção aos detalhes e aos sabores.Conhecimento em técnicas de cocção, cortes e montagem de pratos.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
