A Montreal Ventures é uma investidora early stage focada em apoiar startups em fase inicial por meio de capital, suporte tecnológico e execução estratégica. Atuamos desde a validação do modelo de negócio até a aproximação com mercado e tração comercial, com proximidade operacional com os founders. Buscamos um(a) Criador(a) de Conteúdo para atuar junto à Montreal Ventures, transformando iniciativas, projetos e movimentações do ecossistema em conteúdos relevantes para diferentes canais e formatos.A posição acompanhará de perto mentorias, cohorts do MoVe Track, eventos, deals em andamento e outras atividades da Montreal Ventures, identificando histórias, pautas e oportunidades para comunicar o que acontece nesse ambiente.Procuramos uma pessoa com olhar criativo para conteúdo, facilidade para transformar informações em narrativas e interesse pelo universo de inovação, tecnologia, venture capital e mercado de capitais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar mentorias, cohorts do MoVe Track, eventos, deals em andamento e demais atividades da Montreal Ventures, realizando a cobertura e produção de conteúdo;Identificar e desenvolver pautas a partir de dados de portfólio, movimentações do ecossistema de venture capital e conteúdos institucionais;Produzir conteúdos para as redes sociais, considerando o cenário de inovação, tecnologia e mercado de capitais no Brasil, com foco em tecnologia para os setores público e financeiro;Produzir materiais-base para as redes sociais, incluindo textos, legendas e roteiros para diferentes formatos;Gravar e produzir vídeos curtos, fotos, depoimentos de founders e investidores, entrevistas rápidas e registros das atividades, principalmente das mentorias e cohorts do MoVe Track;Acompanhar a interação do público nos canais, respondendo ou encaminhando comentários e mensagens, quando necessário;Identificar, a partir das interações nos canais, dúvidas, temas e oportunidades de diálogo com o público;Participar do planejamento de conteúdo junto à liderança de Comunicação, propondo pautas, formatos e oportunidades a partir da agenda, das redes e dos projetos da Montreal Ventures.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Comunicação Social, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento em uma ou mais ferramentas: Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop e Adobe Illustrator.Experiência ou habilidade na produção de conteúdo para redes sociais;Habilidade para produção de textos, legendas e roteiros em diferentes formatos;Habilidade para gravação e produção de vídeos curtos, fotos, depoimentos e entrevistas;Capacidade de identificar e desenvolver pautas e oportunidades de conteúdo a partir de informações, dados, acontecimentos e interações com o público;Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;Interesse e familiaridade com temas relacionados a inovação, tecnologia, venture capital e mercado de capitais;Capacidade de acompanhar diferentes atividades e transformá-las em conteúdos adequados aos canais e públicos.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Auxílio Creche;Vale Transporte;Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição;Clube de Vantagens, com ampla rede de parceiros;Acesso ao Wellhub;Consultoria com Personal trainer online.Contratação CLT.
