A posição terá foco específico em ATR (Account to Report) e na gestão consolidada da torre "Gestão & Contabilidade".Contexto atual da área e cargo: A Control Tower está passando por um momento de profissionalização e reestruturação: a área está se dividindo em duas torres, Gestão & Contabilidade e Transformation, para ganhar precisão de atuação. Esta posição assume a gerência da torre de Gestão & Contabilidade, respondendo diretamente à liderança da Control Tower e coordenando um time que hoje cobre SOX/MICs, ATR, STAR e reporting via Power BI.Papel/Missão do Cargo: Liderar a torre de Gestão & Contabilidade dentro da Control Tower, garantindo qualidade e conformidade nos processos de ATR, fechamento contábil, reconciliação de contas e controles internos, enquanto desenvolve e gerencia o time responsável por essas entregas. A missão central é assegurar que a área opere com rigor contábil e de controladoria, ao mesmo tempo em que contribui para a visão mais ampla de excelência operacional da Control Tower.Principais Desafios: Garantir compliance de controles internos em ambiente de meta e mudanças frequentes de escopo de controles. Atuar em interface constante com a torre de Transformation, garantindo que o mapeamento de processos e as automações estejam alinhados às necessidades reais de compliance e fechamento.
