.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar cuidados de higiene pessoal (banho no leito ou aspersão, trocas de fraldas). Auxiliar e acompanhar os idosos nas atividades do dia a dia. Monitorar e registrar informações sobre o estado de saúde e bem-estar dos assistidos. Comunicar qualquer alteração no quadro de saúde à equipe médica/enfermagem. Auxiliar na alimentação, administração de medicação oral e sonda GTT. Realizar transferências (cama/cadeira de rodas). Verificar sinais vitais.
