Inscreva-se para o processo seletivo de Cuidador de Idosos na Obra Social Santa Júlia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar e realizar na higiene pessoal dos residentes e em suas necessidades fisiológicas.Trocar a roupa de cama e banho.Encaminha as roupas sujas para lavanderia.Receber as roupas limpas, distribuir aos residentes e/ou guardar na rouparia.Fazer manicure, pedicure e corte de cabelo dos residentes.Finalizar e distribuir a alimentação aos residentes.Auxiliar na alimentação dos residentes.Acompanhar os residentes em suas caminhadas, tratamento fisioterápico, consultas.médicas, realização de exames e passeios externos.Acomodar os residentes nos leitos e realizar mudança de decúbito.Auxiliar no transporte dos residentes cadeirantes.Acolher e encaminhar os visitantes.Auxiliar nos procedimentos de óbito.Auxiliar os residentes em outras atividades e necessidades.Guardar sigilo e confidencialidade de dados e informações conhecidas em decorrência do trabalho.Zelar pela Iimpeza e organização do ambiente de trabalho.Zelar pelos equipamentos e materiais de trabalho.Executar atividades afins necessárias à instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS:Ensino Fundamental completo.Curso de Cuidador de Idosos.Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sexta-feira, das 12h55 às 19h10, e sábados e domingos intercalados, das 7h às 19h.Experiência de no mínimo 6 meses na área.REQUISITOS PARA CANDIDATOS INTERNOS:Estar a 6(seis) meses na atual função;Ter participado de no mínimo 80% dos encontros de treinamento e desenvolvimento oferecidos pela instituição;Ter participado de no mínimo 1(um) curso externo na área específica de atuação;COMPETÊNCIAS:Cultura e fluência digital;Visão sistêmica;Flexibilidade;Trabalho colaborativo em equipe;Inteligência emocional;Benevolência;Comunicação assertiva;Criatividade e inovação;Foco no resultado;Pensamento crítico;Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:Plano de Saúde.Ticket Alimentação.Convênio Farmácia.Auxílio Educação para os funcionários conforme política interna. Desconto nas mensalidades escolares para dependentes conforme política interna.Auxílio transporte conforme política interna.
