Estamos em busca de um novo #data para nosso time de Relacionamento com o Cliente como Customer Success Analyst.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSUAS RESPONSABILIDADES SERÃO:Promover e criar ações estratégicas de relacionamento com os clientes;Responsável pela governança dos contratos;Gerenciar o sucesso na entrega dos contratos dos clientes;Gerenciar o consumo e rentabilidade dos contratos;Manter comunicação ativa com os clientes estratégicos selecionados;Alavancar os processos de renovação e crescimento dos contratos em conjunto da área comercial; Alavancar oportunidades de upsell/cross sell em serviços;
