Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do onboarding e da ativação de novos clientes.Acompanhar a jornada e o ciclo de vida da carteira.Monitorar consumo, saúde das contas e sinais de redução de engajamento.Conduzir reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento com contas estratégicas.Analisar dados e orientar clientes sobre o melhor uso da solução.Identificar oportunidades de expansão e encaminhá-las à equipe comercial.

Requisitos e qualificações✅ ObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Tecnologia, Relações Públicas, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com gestão de carteira, Customer Success, experiência do cliente ou relacionamento B2B.Vivência no acompanhamento da jornada do cliente após a contratação.Experiência na condução de reuniões consultivas e resolução de demandas.⭐ DiferenciaisExperiência em relacionamento e gestão da jornada do cliente.Atuação consultiva, equilibrando satisfação e objetivos comerciais.Domínio de onboarding, ativação, retenção e gestão do ciclo de vida.Análise de indicadores de consumo, engajamento e saúde da carteira.Familiaridade com CRM e raciocínio analítico para identificar riscos e oportunidades.
