Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para gerenciar o parque de renovações dos nossos produtos, junto à base de clientes, com foco principal em OneTrust, garantindo retenção de receita, saúde da carteira e relacionamento consultivo com clientes e fabricantes.Nosso modelo de trabalho é híbrido, com presença no escritório na Oscar Freire - São Paulo 2 vezes por semana.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar de ponta a ponta o ciclo de renovação de contratos das soluções revendidas pela Nexoria, com prioridade para OneTrust.Monitorar a saúde da carteira de clientes (health score, uso do produto, sinais de risco) e agir preventivamente para reduzir risco de churn.Construir e manter forecast de renovações com visibilidade de datas, valores e probabilidade de fechamento.Conduzir negociações de renovação, incluindo justificativa de valor, ajustes de escopo e, quando aplicável, upsell/expansão.Atuar como ponte entre cliente e fabricantes (OneTrust, KnowBe4, Qualys, Cloudflare) em temas relacionados à renovação, condições comerciais e uso da solução.Identificar oportunidades de expansão de contrato (módulos adicionais, aumento de licenciamento) durante o ciclo de renovação.Reportar métricas de carteira (GRR, taxa de renovação, pontualidade, risco de churn) de forma recorrente à liderança.Documentar motivos de não renovação e cancelamento para gerar aprendizado e ação preventiva.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência:Sólida experiência como Customer Success, Account Management ou Renewals em empresas de tecnologia/SaaS B2B.Experiência em modelo de canal/revenda é um diferencial relevante.Experiência com renovação de OneTrust (conhecimento do time de renovações do fabricante)Competências técnicas:Compreensão de conceitos de LGPD/privacidade de dados (para atuar com propriedade em renovações de OneTrust).Noções de segurança da informação (para apoiar conversas sobre Qualys, Cloudflare e KnowBe4).Conhecimento de hubspot e ferramentas de gestão de forecast/pipeline.Boa leitura de contratos e ciclos comerciais de fabricantes de software.Conhecimento avançado em inglês.Competências comportamentais:Perfil consultivo e proativo na identificação de riscos de retenção.Organização, disciplina de forecast e atenção a prazos.Habilidade de negociação e comunicação com interlocutores técnicos e de negócio.Autonomia e capacidade de gestão de múltiplos fornecedores e prioridades simultâneas.Capacidade de formação de relacionamento com fabricantesInformações adicionaisModelo de contratação como Pessoa Jurídica (PJ)
