Isso significa que há muito espaço para quem quer fazer parte do nosso super time!Seguimos juntos, sonhando & realizando ainda mais!🧡Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 Qual será sua tarefa no Grupo CVLB?• Assumir domínios de dados de ponta a ponta — da ingestão na origem até a camada que o negócio consome todos os dias para decidir compra, preço, estoque e sortimento.• Construir e evoluir pipelines de ingestão e transformação ELT/ETL de ponta a ponta, em batch e near real-time, a partir de SAP, Oracle, PostgreSQL, APIs e arquivos.• Orquestrar as cargas no Cloud Composer (Airflow), garantindo SLA, idempotência, reprocessamento e monitoramento.• Modelar o data warehouse no BigQuery em arquitetura de camadas Medallion — bronze / silver / gold, com Dataform, entregando modelos confiáveis e performáticos para o consumo em Power BI.• Implementar e operar replicação CDC das bases transacionais (Datastream e afins).• Processar grandes volumes com PySpark (Dataproc) e Apache Beam (Dataflow) quando o problema pedir.• Trabalhar performance e custo no BigQuery: particionamento, clustering, reescrita de query, FinOps de dados.• Definir padrões técnicos, revisar código e ser referência para o time de dados.• Traduzir demandas das áreas de negócio (Comercial, Supply, Financeiro, Marketing) em soluções de dados.

Requisitos e qualificações📝 Para conquistar um lugar no time de talentos do Grupo CVLB, você precisa:Experiência sólida como Engenheiro(a) de Dados, a partir de 5 anos, com atuação sênior comprovada;Necessário SQL avançado — funções de janela, CTEs, otimização e leitura de plano de execução; Necessário experiência com Python aplicado a engenharia de dados: código modular, testado e versionado;Experiência na construção de pipelines ELT/ETL de ponta a ponta, com tratamento de falha, reprocessamento e idempotência;Experiência com airflow (ou Cloud Composer) em ambiente produtivo;• Experiência em cloud pública em ambiente produtivo de dados;Experiência em data warehouse em nuvem — preferencialmente BigQuery; Snowflake, Redshift ou Synapse também contam;Necessário experiência com Modelagem de dados e arquitetura em camadas (Medallion / dimensional);• Domínio de bancos relacionais: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server ou MySQL;Trabalho com formatos de arquivos (Parquet, CSV, JSON, Avro) e consumo de APIs REST;• Desejável Git, com cultura de branch, pull request e code review.
