Nossa área de Gestão de Outsourcing estará próxima a você, realizando reuniões 1:1 para garantir o alinhamento estratégico, absorção da nossa cultura e a evolução da sua carreira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você irá fazer:Coletar, processar e analisar dados de diferentes fontes, garantindo a qualidade e a integridade das informações;Desenvolver modelos preditivos e algoritmos que ajudem a identificar padrões e tendências no comportamento dos clientes;Criar visualizações e relatórios que facilitem a interpretação dos dados e a comunicação dos resultados para as partes interessadas;Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para entender as necessidades de negócios e propor soluções baseadas em dados;Manter-se atualizado sobre novas ferramentas e técnicas de análise de dados, contribuindo para a evolução das práticas da cooperativa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:Formação superior em áreas relacionadas, como Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática ou Engenharia;Conhecimento em linguagens de programação como Python ou R, além de experiência com SQL para manipulação de dados;Familiaridade com ferramentas de visualização de dados, como Tableau ou Power BI;Habilidade em trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados e em ambientes de dados não estruturados;Capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico para resolver problemas complexos.Experiências diferenciais:Experiência prévia em projetos de ciência de dados, preferencialmente em instituições financeiras ou cooperativas de crédito;Conhecimento em técnicas de machine learning e estatística avançada;Vivência em ambientes ágeis e colaboração em equipes multidisciplinares.
