Diseñar, desarrollar, integrar, probar y evolucionar agentes de IA sobre Plataformas Agénticas corporativas (AWS y AZURE), asegurando el consumo gobernado de modelos LLM, herramientas, APIs y fuentes de conocimiento, bajo los lineamientos de arquitectura, seguridad, observabilidad y ciclo de vida definidos por la Integratel.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones Construir agentes y flujos agénticos/multiagente, incluyendo instrucciones, prompts, herramientas y lógica de ejecución.

·   Implementar agentes sobre Azure AI Foundry/ AWS Bedrock / Agent Framework o el framework corporativo definido.

·   Integrar el consumo de modelos a través del LLM Gateway, considerando routing, streaming de respuestas, manejo de tokens, timeouts, cancelación, errores y mecanismos de fallback.

·   Integrar herramientas y servicios empresariales mediante APIs REST, MCP Gateway y APIM.

·   Implementar patrones RAG: recuperación de información, embeddings, búsqueda semántica/vectorial, grounding y gestión de contexto.

·   Desarrollar componentes backend principalmente en Python y servicios síncronos/asíncronos requeridos por los agentes.

·   Integrar mecanismos corporativos de identidad, autenticación, autorización y gestión segura de secretos.

·   Instrumentar logs, trazas, métricas, consumo de tokens y monitoreo del comportamiento de los agentes.

·   Implementar pruebas funcionales, evaluaciones de calidad, precisión, regresión y manejo de escenarios de error.

·   Gestionar versionamiento de agentes, prompts y configuraciones, participando en el ciclo DEV - QA - PROD.Requisitos y calificaciones Desarrollo Python, APIs REST, programación asíncrona, manejo de eventos Avanzado IA Generativa LLM, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, contexto y tokens Avanzado Agentic AI Diseño de agentes, orquestación, multiagente y lifecycle Avanzado Azure AI / AWS AI Azure AI Foundry / AWS Bedrock servicios equivalentes de IA Intermedio/Avanzado Framework Agentes Python, CrewAI, LangChain / LangGraph Avanzado Integraciones MCP, APIM, gateways, APIs y conectores corporativos Intermedio RAG Embeddings, búsqueda vectorial/semántica, grounding Intermedio/Avanzado DevSecOps Git, CI/CD, secretos, autenticación/autorización Intermedio Observabilidad Logs, trazas, métricas, evaluación y monitoreo de LLM Intermedio

·   Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de software backend y APIs; deseable 3 años o más.

·   Experiencia práctica en soluciones de IA Generativa/LLM y construcción de agentes; deseable 1 año o más o proyectos equivalentes demostrables.

·   Experiencia integrando soluciones cloud empresariales; se valorará especialmente experiencia en Azure.

·   Capacidad para diseñar soluciones mantenibles, seguras, observables y reutilizables.

·   Capacidad para trabajar con Arquitectura, Seguridad, QA, DevOps, Plataforma y equipos de negocio.Comunicación técnica clara y capacidad para documentar diseños, integraciones, decisiones y componentes desarrolladosEntregables esperados·   Agentes funcionales implementados de acuerdo con los casos de uso priorizados.
