Se requiere haber participado directamente en la configuración, desarrollo o integración de soluciones Copilot para usuarios del negocio.Responsabilidades y atribucionesDesarrollar asistentes, agentes y funcionalidades de IA utilizando Microsoft Copilot Studio.Configurar instrucciones, temas, acciones, fuentes de conocimiento y flujos conversacionales.Integrar soluciones Copilot con APIs, aplicaciones, bases de datos y fuentes documentales.Implementar automatizaciones mediante Power Automate.Participar en el diseño técnico y definición de los componentes de la solución.Aplicar arquitecturas y lineamientos definidos para soluciones de IA y Copilot.Desarrollar conectores o componentes adicionales cuando las funcionalidades estándar no sean suficientes.Trabajar con Azure OpenAI, Azure AI u otros servicios relacionados.Implementar mecanismos de búsqueda y recuperación de información, idealmente mediante patrones RAG.Configurar autenticación, permisos y controles de acceso a la información.Realizar pruebas funcionales y técnicas sobre las respuestas y acciones ejecutadas por los agentes.Identificar riesgos relacionados con seguridad, alucinaciones, acceso indebido a información o respuestas incorrectas.Trabajar con usuarios funcionales para convertir necesidades de negocio en funcionalidades.Documentar integraciones, configuraciones y decisiones técnicas.Participar en el despliegue, soporte y evolución de las soluciones implementadas.Requisitos y calificacionesProfesional o tecnólogo en:Ingeniería de Sistemas.Ingeniería de Software.Ciencias de la Computación.Ciencia de Datos.Ingeniería Electrónica.Carreras relacionadas con tecnología.También podrán considerarse perfiles con formación equivalente y experiencia técnica demostrable.Experiencia:Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, automatización o implementación de soluciones tecnológicas.Al menos 1 año de experiencia práctica en soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial, asistentes virtuales, agentes o Copilot.Experiencia desarrollando funcionalidades orientadas a usuarios finales.Experiencia integrando aplicaciones o soluciones mediante APIs.Se valorarán proyectos corporativos, pilotos, productos implementados o casos demostrables.Competencias:Capacidad analítica.Orientación a la solución de problemas.Autonomía técnica.Comunicación efectiva con usuarios funcionales.Capacidad para comprender procesos de negocio.Atención al detalle.Orientación a la seguridad y calidad.Trabajo colaborativo.Aprendizaje continuo.
