Objetivo: Diseñar, desarrollar y evolucionar las interfaces de los productos digitales de Banco W, garantizando una experiencia de usuario consistente, buen rendimiento, seguridad y cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos definidos por el Banco.El profesional se integrará al equipo del Laboratorio Digital, participará en las ceremonias ágiles y trabajará sobre las iniciativas priorizadas durante cada sprint.Responsabilidades y atribuciones Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web utilizando React, Next.js, JavaScript y TypeScript.Construir interfaces responsivas y reutilizables con CSS y Tailwind CSS.Integrar las aplicaciones frontend con APIs y servicios backend.Implementar componentes siguiendo los lineamientos de arquitectura y experiencia de usuario.Analizar historias de usuario y participar en su estimación técnica.Ejecutar pruebas unitarias, de integración, desempeño y seguridad.Corregir errores y realizar mejoras sobre funcionalidades existentes.Participar en revisiones de código y aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo.Gestionar versiones y ramas de código mediante Git y GitHub.Apoyar los procesos de integración y despliegue continuo.Documentar las soluciones desarrolladas.Actualizar historias, tareas y evidencias en Azure DevOps.Comunicar oportunamente avances, riesgos, dependencias y bloqueos.Participar en reuniones diarias, planificación, refinamiento, revisión y retrospectiva de los sprints.Cumplir los estándares de desarrollo, calidad y seguridad establecidos por el cliente.Requisitos y calificaciones Experiencia:Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.Al menos tres años de experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones con React y JavaScript o TypeScript.Experiencia comprobable trabajando con Next.js e integración de APIs.Experiencia participando en equipos ágiles y proyectos de desarrollo empresarial.Experiencia en control de versiones, revisión de código y procesos CI/CD.Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Informática o carreras relacionadas. Se podrá considerar formación equivalente respaldada por experiencia comprobable.

Conocimientos técnicos indispensables:React.Next.js.JavaScript.TypeScript.HTML5.CSS.Tailwind CSS.Consumo e integración de APIs REST.Git y GitHub.Pruebas unitarias y de integración.Integración y entrega continua mediante CI/CD.Metodologías ágiles y trabajo bajo Scrum.Manejo de Azure DevOps o herramientas equivalentes.Deseable:Node.js y NestJS.Python.Servicios en Azure o AWS.Bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.Experiencia en productos digitales del sector financiero.Conocimientos de accesibilidad, seguridad y optimización de aplicaciones web.Competencias:Autonomía técnica.Pensamiento analítico.Orientación a la calidad.Comunicación efectiva.Trabajo colaborativo.Capacidad para identificar y comunicar riesgos.Organización y cumplimiento de compromisos.Adaptabilidad frente a cambios de prioridad.Condiciones:Modalidad: híbrida en Cali.Presencialidad: lunes, martes y jueves.Trabajo remoto: dos días a la semana.Dedicación: 100 %.Capacidad mensual: 160 horas.Duración estimada: 18 meses.
