Buscamos un Desarrollador Full Stack Senior con interés en evolucionar hacia roles de liderazgo técnico, para participar en la migración de una Super App de Azure hacia AWS. Será responsable del desarrollo, diseño técnico y acompañamiento de la implementación de soluciones basadas en React Native, Java/Spring Boot, microservicios, Kafka, CMS y servicios AWS, colaborando activamente en la toma de decisiones técnicas junto al equipo de arquitectura.

Responsabilidades y atribucionesAcompañar técnicamente la migración de componentes actualmente desplegados en Azure hacia AWS, asegurando la continuidad y correcta integración de los servicios.Liderar técnicamente la implementación de las integraciones entre React Native, BFF, microservicios Java/Spring Boot, Kafka y CMS, asegurando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de arquitectura definidos.Validar y aplicar los patrones de integración síncrona y asíncrona requeridos por las diferentes funcionalidades.Asegurar la correcta configuración, integración y separación de los ambientes Sandbox, DEV, QA y PROD, coordinando con los equipos involucrados.Revisar y mantener la documentación técnica y diagramas de solución, incluyendo diagramas C4 cuando corresponda.Acompañar técnicamente a los equipos de Desarrollo y DevOps, brindando soporte en la implementación y resolución de problemas técnicos.Revisar y validar las decisiones técnicas tomadas durante el desarrollo, asegurando su alineamiento con la arquitectura y estándares definidos.Identificar riesgos, dependencias y bloqueos técnicos, proponiendo alternativas y realizando el seguimiento hasta su resolución.Participar en revisiones de código y promover el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, calidad, seguridad y mantenibilidad.Acompañar técnicamente las actividades de despliegue, certificación y puesta en producción, asegurando la correcta implementación de los componentes.

Requisitos y calificaciones Experiencia y conocimientos técnicosExperiencia sólida trabajando con AWS y soluciones cloud, participando en la implementación y evolución de soluciones sobre la nube.Experiencia con Java + Spring Boot y desarrollo de soluciones basadas en microservicios.Experiencia con React Native y aplicaciones móviles de alta concurrencia o escala.Experiencia trabajando con Micro Frontends y arquitecturas modulares, idealmente con tecnologías como Module Federation o Re.Pack.Experiencia con Apache Kafka y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (Event-Driven).Experiencia implementando y validando APIs, BFF e integraciones entre microservicios.Experiencia trabajando con CMS e integración de contenido dinámico.Experiencia participando en migraciones Cloud.Conocimiento de CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) y gestión de configuraciones.Conocimiento de seguridad, observabilidad, resiliencia y buenas prácticas cloud.Capacidad para analizar problemas técnicos, evaluar alternativas y tomar decisiones técnicas en conjunto con los equipos de desarrollo y arquitectura.Experiencia liderando técnicamente equipos y acompañando la implementación de soluciones de inicio a fin.Servicios AWSExperiencia práctica con algunos de los siguientes servicios:API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudFront, WAF, Cognito, DynamoDB, RDS, Redis, MSK/Kafka, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager e IAM.No es necesario dominar todos los servicios. Se requiere experiencia práctica en AWS y capacidad para comprender, implementar y validar soluciones utilizando los servicios adecuados, de acuerdo con las necesidades del proyecto.
