Desenvolver, evoluir e manter APIs REST, Workers e serviços utilizando C# e .NET.Desenvolver e manter integrações com sistemas internos e externos via HTTP.Trabalhar com mensageria, processamento assíncrono e arquitetura orientada a eventos.Atuar com bancos de dados relacionais e orientados a documentos.Investigar e solucionar problemas de ponta a ponta, analisando APIs, filas, serviços, logs e bancos de dados.Desenvolver código limpo, legível, testável e resiliente.Criar e manter testes unitários e contribuir com testes de integração.Implementar boas práticas de observabilidade, incluindo logs estruturados, métricas e rastreamento.Tratar cenários de falha, como exceções, timeouts, cancelamentos, indisponibilidade de serviços e mensagens duplicadas.Participar de code reviews, discussões técnicas e evolução das soluções.Apoiar a análise e resolução de incidentes em produção.Contribuir para a modernização dos sistemas e redução de débito técnico.Avaliar impactos, riscos e dependências antes de realizar alterações em integrações existentes.Utilizar ferramentas de IA de forma responsável como apoio ao desenvolvimento, testes, investigação e documentação.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida com C# e .NET, especialmente ASP.NET Core.Experiência no desenvolvimento de APIs REST e Worker Services.Conhecimento prático de programação assíncrona com async/await e CancellationToken.Experiência com injeção de dependência e configuração de aplicações .NET.Experiência com integrações via HTTP.Conhecimento de SQL e bancos de dados relacionais.Experiência com Oracle ou SQL Server.Experiência com testes unitários (xUnit, Moq ou equivalentes).Conhecimento de Git, pull requests e code review.Noções práticas de Docker.Conhecimento de mensageria, processamento assíncrono e arquitetura orientada a eventos.Conhecimento de princípios SOLID, separação de responsabilidades e Clean Code.Capacidade de diagnosticar problemas por meio de logs, payloads, status HTTP, métricas e dados persistidos.Capacidade de compreender contratos entre serviços e avaliar impactos de alterações em integrações.Será considerado diferencial:Experiência com Kafka, RabbitMQ, MongoDB ou Redis.Conhecimento de AWS (SQS, SNS e S3) e Kubernetes.Experiência com Dapper, Entity Framework Core, Refit, Polly ou MediatR.Experiência com testes de integração e Testcontainers.Conhecimento de observabilidade, CI/CD e pipelines.Experiência com sistemas distribuídos, de alta criticidade ou alto volume.Conhecimento de segurança de APIs, JWT e proteção de dados.Experiência no mercado financeiro.Conhecimento de Clean Architecture, DDD ou CQRS.Experiência com soluções de IA/LLMs aplicadas ao desenvolvimento.
