O time Digital do Essentia Group desenvolve e evolui soluções que suportam diferentes áreas do negócio, incluindo plataformas de e-commerce, sistemas corporativos, integrações e aplicações internas.Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Backend Pleno com sólida experiência em PHP para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução de sistemas de alta disponibilidade, integrações entre plataformas e soluções voltadas para nossos ecossistemas digitais.Você fará parte de um time multidisciplinar, trabalhando em iniciativas que envolvem Magento 2, Laravel, APIs, microsserviços, integrações e sistemas corporativos, sempre com foco em qualidade, performance e escalabilidade.Esperamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, autonomia técnica e vontade de construir soluções robustas que gerem impacto direto para o negócio e para nossos usuários.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, evoluir e manter aplicações backend utilizando PHP.Atuar no desenvolvimento e customização de soluções em Magento 2 e aplicações desenvolvidas em Laravel.Desenvolver e manter APIs REST para integração entre sistemas internos e plataformas externas.Implementar integrações com ERP, CRM, gateways de pagamento, logística e demais sistemas corporativos.Participar da análise técnica das iniciativas, propondo soluções escaláveis e alinhadas às necessidades do negócio.Trabalhar em conjunto com Analistas de Sistemas, UX, QA e Frontend durante todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em performance, arquitetura, segurança e qualidade do código.Participar de code reviews e contribuir para a evolução dos padrões de desenvolvimento da equipe.Elaborar testes unitários e apoiar a melhoria contínua dos processos de desenvolvimento.Participar das cerimônias ágeis, colaborando com refinamentos, estimativas e planejamento das iniciativas.Apoiar a sustentação dos sistemas, investigando e solucionando incidentes quando necessário.Compartilhar conhecimento técnico e contribuir para a evolução do time de engenharia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 3 anos com desenvolvimento backend utilizando PHP com Frameworks.Experiência sólida com PHP moderno (PHP 8 ou superior).Experiência com Laravel.Experiência em desenvolvimento e manutenção de APIs REST.Experiência em integrações entre sistemas.Conhecimento em arquitetura MVC e orientação a objetos.Conhecimento em MySQL e modelagem de banco de dados relacional.Experiência com Git.Vivência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum ou Kanban).Conhecimentos desejáveis:Magento 2 (arquitetura, módulos, plugins, observers, preferences, DI e service contracts).RabbitMQ.Redis.Elasticsearch ou OpenSearch.Docker.Linux.Composer.PHPUnit.GraphQL.Mensageria e filas.Consumo de APIs de terceiros.Arquitetura orientada a serviços.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale-Alimentação ou Refeição de R$ 30,00 por dia (sem desconto de 20%);Vale-Transporte ou Vale combustível (sem desconto de 6%);Plano de Saúde Unimed (mensalidade coberta pela empresa);Plano Odontológico Uniodonto;Bônus de Assiduidade;Gympass (Wellhub);Kit polivitamínico mensal;Produtos da linha Essential Nutrition disponíveis nos refeitórios;Seguro de Vida;Desconto de 50% em nossos produtos;Rede de descontos em lojas e restaurantes;Presente de final de ano;Sala de meditação/ descanso;Programa de promoção à saúde com atendimento médico, pediátrico e psicológico;Projeto Be Generous - suplementação para as colaboradoras durante a gestação;Convênio com faculdades, cursos de idiomas e escolas educação infantil;Bolsa de Auxílio Educação de até 50% do valor do curso;Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a quinta das 08:00 às 18:00 e sexta das 08:00 às 17:00 (Vaga presencial)Vaga CLT.
