Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Júnior para atuar no desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de sistemas, aplicações, integrações e automações da empresa. O profissional terá a oportunidade de apoiar a equipe de Tecnologia na construção de soluções que contribuam para a eficiência operacional, transformação digital e inovação do negócio, seguindo padrões de qualidade, segurança e governança. Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, organizada e proativa, que tenha interesse em aprender continuamente, trabalhar em equipe e ampliar gradualmente sua autonomia técnica.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter aplicações web, APIs, automações e rotinas sistêmicas, com orientação da equipe técnica;

Participar da análise de requisitos e entendimento das necessidades das áreas de negócio;

Realizar correções de bugs, ajustes e melhorias em sistemas existentes;

Apoiar a execução de testes unitários, integrados e homologações;

Elaborar e manter documentação técnica de sistemas, integrações e processos;

Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e soluções de desenvolvimento;

Apoiar integrações entre sistemas corporativos, ERPs, bancos de dados e plataformas de terceiros;

Monitorar o funcionamento das aplicações sob sua responsabilidade;

Participar de cerimônias ágeis, reuniões técnicas e atividades de planejamento;

Seguir as políticas de Segurança da Informação, LGPD e boas práticas de desenvolvimento seguro;

Prestar suporte de segundo nível para incidentes relacionados às aplicações desenvolvidas;

Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de TI, Infraestrutura, Dados & BI, Suporte, Projetos e áreas de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em:

Ciência da Computação;

Sistemas de Informação;

Engenharia da Computação;

Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas;

Matemática, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;

Até 2 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software;

Conhecimento em pelo menos uma das seguintes linguagens:

C# / .NET

JavaScript

Python

Conhecimento em SQL;

Conhecimento em bancos de dados, como SQL Server, PostgreSQL ou MySQL;

Conhecimento em desenvolvimento e integração de APIs REST, JSON e XML;

Conhecimento em Git;

Conhecimento em Azure DevOps ou ferramentas similares;

Noções de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban.

Diferenciais: Conhecimento em plataformas de BI;

Experiência com automação de processos/RPA;

Conhecimento em integrações com ERP;

Experiência com integração entre sistemas;

Participação em projetos corporativos;

Vivência em projetos de automação ou transformação digital;

Certificações relacionadas a desenvolvimento de software, Cloud ou Dados.
