Procuramos alguém com protagonismo técnico, capacidade de influenciar decisões, elevar o nível do time e atuar de forma colaborativa em um ambiente remoto e estratégico. Essa pessoa terá papel ativo não só na implementação, mas também na definição de soluções, boas práticas, padrões de código e evolução técnica da base front-end.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, evoluir e manter aplicações web complexas utilizando Vue.js, Nuxt.js e TypeScript;Atuar na definição de arquitetura front-end, padrões de código e decisões técnicas;Arquitetar ou manter front-ends independentes (por domínio ou contexto de negócio);Garantir alta qualidade técnica com foco em performance, acessibilidade e usabilidade;Trabalhar em parceria com design, produto e back-end desde a concepção das soluções;Ser referência técnica para o time, apoiando revisões de código, discussões técnicas e boas práticas;Identificar e propor melhorias contínuas na base de código e na experiência do usuário;Atuar com mentalidade AI-first, utilizando ferramentas de IA para acelerar desenvolvimento, revisão e aprendizado;Garantir compatibilidade entre navegadores, dispositivos e diferentes contextos de uso;Contribuir para a evolução dos processos de desenvolvimento front-end.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida como Desenvolvedor(a) Front-End Sênior;Domínio avançado de Vue.js, Nuxt.js e TypeScript;Conhecimento profundo de HTML5 e JavaScript moderno;Experiência com arquitetura de aplicações front-end, componentes reutilizáveis e gestão de estado;Forte prática com Git, versionamento e fluxos de colaboração;Capacidade de tomar decisões técnicas de forma autônoma, avaliando trade-offs;Experiência com microfrontend;Vivência com testes automatizados (unitários e/ou e2e).Diferencial:Experiência com performance web, acessibilidade (a11y) e observabilidade front-end.Uso recorrente de ferramentas de IA como GitHub Copilot, Claude ou similares no dia a dia.Experiência influenciando tecnicamente outros desenvolvedores (mentoria, liderança técnica informal).Automatizar fluxos de trabalho de desenvolvimento.
