O que vamos construir juntos?Estamos buscando uma pessoa Desenvolvedora com experiência sólida em Apache Kafka para atuar em um ambiente corporativo de alta disponibilidade e grande volume de mensagens;A posição terá atuação hands-on na implantação, evolução, sustentação e utilização do Kafka, apoiando os times de desenvolvimento e produto na construção de soluções orientadas a eventos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na implantação, configuração, evolução e sustentação de ambientes Apache Kafka;Apoiar a configuração e administração de clusters Kafka em ambientes produtivos;Trabalhar com Topics, Partitions, Replication Factor, Consumer Groups, ISR, Retention e Log Compaction;Apoiar o dimensionamento de clusters e estratégias de alta disponibilidade;Atuar na implantação e operação do Kafka em ambientes Kubernetes/OpenShift, preferencialmente com Strimzi;Apoiar configurações de segurança, incluindo TLS/mTLS, SASL, OAuth2, ACLs e gestão de certificados;Desenvolver e apoiar integrações utilizando Kafka Connect, APIs, bancos de dados e sistemas corporativos;Atuar com mecanismos de streaming e processamento de eventos, como Kafka Streams e Debezium;Trabalhar com observabilidade, monitoramento, métricas, alertas e análise de performance, preferencialmente utilizando OpenTelemetry;Apoiar processos de automação e DevOps relacionados à implantação e utilização do Kafka, utilizando Git, CI/CD e Infrastructure as Code;Apoiar os times de desenvolvimento na implementação de boas práticas de mensageria e arquitetura orientada a eventos;Atuar na identificação e resolução de problemas em ambientes críticos;Contribuir com documentação técnica e compartilhamento de conhecimento.Requisitos e qualificações Experiência de 5 anos ou mais em desenvolvimento, sendo pelo menos 3 anos de experiência com Kafka;Experiência prática em ambientes Kafka corporativos;Conhecimento da arquitetura e dos principais componentes do Kafka;Experiência com Kubernetes ou OpenShift;Experiência com integração de aplicações Java e/ou .NET com Kafka;Conhecimento de Kafka Connect, Debezium e CDC;Conhecimento de Kafka Streams e Schema Registry;Experiência com APIs, bancos de dados e integrações entre sistemas;Conhecimento de práticas de segurança, observabilidade e monitoramento;Experiência com Git, CI/CD e práticas de DevOps;Vivência em ambientes produtivos com alta disponibilidade e grande volume de mensagens;Experiência em pelo menos dois projetos ou contextos diferentes envolvendo Kafka;Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida: 10 dias úteis presenciais por mês, no Centro de Porto Alegre/RS.DiferenciaisExperiência com Strimzi Operator em OpenShift;Conhecimento de Confluent Platform, Redpanda ou Event Hubs utilizando protocolo Kafka;Experiência com Debezium e CDC para Oracle, SQL Server e PostgreSQL;Conhecimento de Schema Registry, Avro e Protobuf;Experiência em ambientes financeiros ou de missão crítica;Conhecimento em C#/.NET e Confluent.Kafka;Experiência com padrões de mensageria como retry, DLQ, idempotência, tratamento de erros e resiliência;Vivência com modernização de integrações síncronas para arquiteturas assíncronas.Informações adicionaisPor aqui você terá:Vale iFood (alimentação e refeição);Ajuda de Custo;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Day off de Aniversário;Seguro de Vida;Licença Maternidade e Paternidade estendida;Parcerias Educacionais;Parceria Total Pass - Saúde e bem-estar;Parceria Clude Saúde;Programas de Reembolso; Horário flexível;Dresscode: seja você.
