Vagas 100% remotas.Estamos em busca de Dois Desenvolvedores Backend para nossa área de Produto, venha e nos ajude a mover o Brasil!Veja mais sobre a Gaudium e a Machine em: https://gaudium.global/Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e evoluir aplicações Backend em PHP e Go, utilizando boas práticas de engenharia de software e considerando desde o início requisitos de performance, disponibilidade e escalabilidade;Participar da modelagem e evolução das estruturas de dados, considerando performance de consultas, volume de informações e crescimento da plataforma;Acompanhar o comportamento das aplicações em produção, investigando erros, gargalos, degradações de performance e possíveis impactos para clientes e usuários;Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes, contribuindo para aumentar continuamente a estabilidade e a disponibilidade da plataforma;Participar das squads de Produto, contribuindo tecnicamente desde a discussão das soluções até sua implementação e acompanhamento em produção;Propor melhorias de arquitetura, código, banco de dados e infraestrutura que aumentem a robustez, performance, manutenibilidade e escalabilidade dos sistemas;Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com desenvolvimento, testes e manutenção de aplicações web em ambientes críticos, com alta disponibilidade, grande volume de requisições e milhares de usuários simultâneos;Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência com desenvolvimento Backend;Experiência com desenvolvimento nas linguagens PHP, Go e JavaScript;Conhecimento em arquitetura de software, princípios SOLID, padrões de projeto e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;Conhecimento sólido em modelagem de dados, bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais, considerando performance, concorrência e grandes volumes de dados;Experiência no desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs RESTful, considerando performance, segurança, resiliência e escalabilidade;Capacidade de analisar problemas de performance, identificar gargalos e propor soluções para sistemas de alta carga;Raciocínio lógico apurado, organização e capacidade de atuar na investigação e resolução de problemas complexos;Gostar de trabalhar em equipe, com transparência, honestidade, colaboração e foco em resultados, qualidade e agilidade;Ter disposição para aprender novas tecnologias e atuar em desafios de engenharia relacionados à evolução de uma plataforma utilizada em larga escala.Na Gaudium, performance, estabilidade e disponibilidade são requisitos fundamentais.
