Então venha fazer parte do nosso time!Na Padtec, desenvolvemos equipamentos de alta tecnologia para redes ópticas de telecomunicações, utilizados por clientes no Brasil e em diversos países.Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) de Software Embarcado Pleno para atuar no desenvolvimento de sistemas embarcados utilizados em nossos equipamentos de telecomunicações, participando da análise, projeto, implementação, integração, testes e evolução das soluções ao longo do ciclo de vida dos produtos.Procuramos alguém que goste de resolver problemas, tenha boa capacidade analítica e consiga transformar requisitos em soluções de software robustas e de qualidade. Esperamos uma pessoa com autonomia para conduzir suas atividades, capacidade para propor e discutir soluções técnicas e interesse em ampliar continuamente seu conhecimento sobre software embarcado e sobre os produtos em que atua.Você fará parte de um time multidisciplinar, trabalhando em conjunto com desenvolvedores de software e firmware, além das equipes de hardware, óptica e QA, na construção e evolução de equipamentos para redes de transporte óptico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Desenvolvedor(a) de Software Embarcado Pleno, você será responsável por:Analisar, projetar, implementar, integrar, testar e documentar software embarcado;Desenvolver novas funcionalidades, melhorias e correções em produtos existentes, aplicando boas práticas de engenharia de software;Participar da definição da arquitetura de software, contribuindo com discussões técnicas e provas de conceito;Investigar e solucionar problemas em sistemas embarcados por meio de testes, análise de logs, depuração e investigação da interação entre software e hardware;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua do produto, do código, das ferramentas e das práticas de desenvolvimento da equipe;Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com equipes de software, firmware, hardware, óptica e QA durante o desenvolvimento, validação e sustentação dos produtos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesProcuramos profissionais que possuam:Experiência com desenvolvimento de software utilizando C e C++;Experiência com Linux embarcado;Conhecimento de boas práticas de desenvolvimento de software;Experiência com testes, depuração e investigação de problemas de software;Graduação em Engenharia de Computação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia Elétrica, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas;Inglês suficiente para leitura e compreensão de documentação técnica.Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência ou conhecimento em algumas das seguintes tecnologias:Linux embarcado e Yocto, RTOS/Zephyr, Python, redes TCP/IP, drivers e interfaces de hardware (SPI, I²C, UART, GPIO), CI/CD e segurança de sistemas embarcados.Não esperamos que você tenha experiência em todas essas tecnologias.
