Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEsse colaborador terá como responsabilidade:Criar e desdobrar peças visuais para campanhas, redes sociais, apresentações, eventos, e-books, newsletters, sites e outros materiais digitais e impressos.Desenvolver Key Visuals e layouts para campanhas institucionais, promocionais, lançamentos de produtos e ações de Endomarketing.Planejar, produzir e editar conteúdos audiovisuais para redes sociais, campanhas, conteúdos educacionais e materiais institucionais.Realizar tratamento e edição de imagens, vídeos e áudios, incluindo sonorização, efeitos, animações e motion graphics.Apoiar o desenvolvimento de roteiros e conceitos criativos, propondo soluções visuais e narrativas adequadas aos diferentes canais e formatos.Atuar nas etapas de pré-produção, gravação e pós-produção audiovisual, incluindo preparação de equipamentos, captação e finalização dos materiais.Aplicar boas práticas de design, diagramação e tipografia, garantindo qualidade visual, consistência da marca e adequação à experiência do público.Organizar projetos, arquivos e cronogramas de produção, acompanhando tendências e propondo melhorias contínuas nos formatos e entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Design, Publicidade, Audiovisual, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.

Domínio de ferramentas de criação e edição, como Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects ou similares.

Conhecimento de motion design/animação.

Conhecimento de pré-produção e captação audiovisual, incluindo câmeras, enquadramento, iluminação e áudio.

Organização, criatividade, senso estético, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes demandas e prazos.Será um diferencial conhecimento em:Design em 3D;Gerenciamento de Projetos;Fluência em inglês e/ou espanhol;Conhecimento básico de UX/UI ou princípios de design centrado no usuário.
