Nosso time é formado por excelentes profissionais da área da tecnologia.Colaboração e comprometimento fazem parte do nosso dia-a-dia, quando desenvolvemos novas funcionalidades, construindo um produto robusto e escalável.Fazendo parte de nossa equipe, seu trabalho irá impactar em milhares de usuários, de algumas das maiores empresas do país, que utilizam nossa solução diariamente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDomínio de ferramentas profissionais de design gráfico e prototipação, como Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign; Conhecimentos básicos em Adobe After Effects para animações e motion design; Domínio de princípios de tipografia, composição visual, estudos cromáticos e design responsivo; Domínio de metodologias de design centrado no usuário (Design Thinking, Lean UX, Double Diamond); Experiência com criação de fluxos de usuários, wireframes, protótipos de alta e baixa fidelidade e documentação de design; Domínio de heurísticas de Nielsen, diretrizes de acessibilidade (WCAG) e normas de usabilidade aplicáveis a plataformas governamentais; Experiência com testes de usabilidade, pesquisas com usuários, mapas de navegação, análise de comportamento e interpretação de métricas de interação; Conhecimento em elaboração de conceitos visuais e identidades digitais para plataformas governamentais; Experiência em documentação de processos de design, prototipação e otimização de plataformas; Capacidade de realizar animações gráficas, edição de vídeos e peças visuais para ambientes digitais; Aptidão para mensurar resultados, testar e validar hipóteses de design com base em evidências de uso. Desejáveis noções de HTML, CSS e interação com equipes de desenvolvimento; familiaridade com sistemas de design e criação de bibliotecas de componentes reutilizáveis. Capacidade de escuta ativa e empatia para entender profundamente as necessidades dos usuários; Habilidade de comunicação visual e verbal para dialogar com equipes técnicas e áreas de negócio; Pensamento analítico e sensibilidade para identificar pontos de fricção na experiência do usuário; Criatividade aliada à disciplina metodológica para propor soluções eficazes e consistentes;  Proatividade na busca por melhorias continuas em produtos digitais; Organização no gerenciamento de múltiplos projetos simultâneos; Colaboração em equipes multidisciplinares e facilidade de adaptação a novos contextos e tecnologias. Facilidade em compreender os objetivos de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções de design centradas no usuário; Comprometimento com a aprendizagem continua, mantendo-se atualizado sobre tendências, tecnologias e boas práticas em UX/UI. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Possuir curso superior completo em Design Gráfico, Design Digital, Design de Interação, Design de Produto ou em área de Tecnologia da Informação, desde que com foco comprovado em Experiência do Usuário (UX) ou Interface do Usuário (UI).Sendo desejável a complementação com cursos de especialização ou certificações específicas em UX/UI, design centrado no usuário, acessibilidade ou usabilidade
