Trabalhamos com diversas licenças, como Marvel, Disney, Vertigo, DC, Maurício de Sousa entre outras, e temos a missão de levar o entretenimento e boas histórias para casa dos nossos leitores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA Panini está em busca de Designers Freelancers colaborar em futuros projetos editoriais, gráficos, promocionais e de entretenimento.Buscamos profissionais criativos, antenados em tendências visuais e apaixonados por design, que possam contribuir com soluções gráficas inovadoras para produtos que conectam fãs, colecionadores e diferentes públicos ao universo dos quadrinhos, mangás, álbuns, coleções e conteúdos licenciados.Principais Atividades e Possíveis ProjetosDesenvolver peças gráficas para projetos editoriais, campanhas promocionais, produtos licenciados, coleções e materiais de comunicação;Criar layouts, composições visuais e soluções de design alinhadas ao conceito de cada projeto;Desenvolver capas, páginas internas, materiais promocionais, embalagens, apresentações e demais peças gráficas;Realizar diagramação de materiais editoriais, garantindo organização visual, legibilidade e qualidade estética;Adaptar artes e materiais conforme padrões visuais definidos pela marca e pelos licenciadores;Criar desdobramentos de peças para diferentes formatos e canais de comunicação;Realizar tratamento e edição de imagens, ajustes de arquivos e preparação de materiais para produção gráfica;Trabalhar a partir de briefings, referências visuais e direcionamentos criativos, transformando conceitos em soluções visuais;Contribuir com sugestões criativas para aprimoramento de layouts, identidades visuais e materiais de comunicação;Garantir que os arquivos entregues estejam adequados aos requisitos técnicos para impressão e publicação;Interagir com equipes de Arte, Editorial, Marketing, Produto e Licenciamento durante o desenvolvimento dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em design gráfico e desenvolvimento de materiais visuais;Portfólio atualizado com projetos criativos e profissionais;Domínio de ferramentas de criação e edição gráfica, como Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;Conhecimento em composição visual, tipografia, hierarquia de informação e identidade visual;Capacidade de interpretar briefings e desenvolver soluções alinhadas ao objetivo do projeto;Criatividade, senso estético, organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes estilos visuais e públicos.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência no mercado editorial, entretenimento, cultura pop, quadrinhos, mangás ou produtos licenciados;Conhecimento em processos gráficos, fechamento de arquivos e preparação para impressão;Experiência com criação de embalagens, colecionáveis e materiais promocionais;Familiaridade com diretrizes de marcas e propriedades intelectuais licenciadas.
