Buscamos um profissional com boa capacidade de execução, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes, que saiba trabalhar a partir de uma identidade visual já estabelecida, garantindo consistência e qualidade nas diferentes peças e canais da marca.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e adaptar peças gráficas seguindo a identidade visual e as diretrizes da marca;Realizar o desdobramento de Key Visuals (KV) para diferentes formatos e canais, como feed, Stories, anúncios, capas de vídeo, landing pages e materiais de apoio;Adaptar peças para diferentes proporções e formatos, mantendo consistência visual;Trabalhar composição, tipografia, cores, imagens e demais elementos gráficos;Realizar tratamento, recorte, ajustes e manipulação de imagens;Editar e finalizar vídeos para Reels, Stories, anúncios e outros conteúdos digitais;Trabalhar cortes, trilhas, legendas, letterings e demais elementos de edição;Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial generativa como apoio à produção, edição e otimização de peças;Utilizar IA para geração e expansão de imagens, remoção de fundos, upscale e criação de variações;Receber briefings das áreas de conteúdo, copy e tráfego e transformá-los em entregas visuais;Realizar ajustes e revisões conforme necessidade;Organizar arquivos, projetos e versões dos materiais desenvolvidos;Garantir qualidade, padronização e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Experiência prévia como Designer Gráfico, preferencialmente em nível pleno;Portfólio atualizado com trabalhos desenvolvidos;Domínio de Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator e InDesign;Experiência com edição de vídeo em Adobe Premiere e CapCut;Conhecimento e utilização prática de Inteligência Artificial generativa aplicada ao design;Experiência com desdobramento de KV e adaptação de conceitos para diferentes formatos;Conhecimento sólido de composição, tipografia, cores e grid;Conhecimento dos principais formatos de conteúdo para Instagram e Meta Ads;Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;Residir em Londrina/PR ou região, ou possuir disponibilidade para mudança;Possuir CNPJ ativo ou disponibilidade para abertura antes do início das atividades.Será considerado diferencial:Conhecimento em After Effects e Motion Design;Experiência na criação de Key Visuals do zero;Conhecimento em Figma;Experiência com materiais gráficos impressos;Conhecimentos em fotografia ou captação de imagens;Experiência com marcas voltadas a públicos de maior poder aquisitivo;Formação em Design, Publicidade, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas.Informações adicionaisLocal: Londrina/PR;Modelo: Presencial;Regime de contratação: PJ;Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h;
