Sua missão 🥇 Responsável pela pesquisa, criação e desenvolvimento de estampas e artes gráficas para as categorias de Esportes, Water Sports e Embalagens, transformando conceitos e direcionamentos da marca em soluções visuais criativas, relevantes e adequadas a cada produto e aplicação

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯Realizar pesquisas de referências visuais, gráficas e de comportamento para gerar repertório e propostas originais;Desenvolver estampas corridas e localizadas, explorando tipografia, lettering, grafismos, ilustrações, texturas, padrões e diferentes técnicas;Criar soluções de design gráfico e identidade visual para coleções, acessórios, embalagens e demais materiais da marca;Desenvolver elementos gráficos como símbolos, assinaturas e grafismos, garantindo unidade visual;Adaptar e finalizar artes para diferentes produtos, materiais e processos de impressão e estamparia, como digital, rotativa, localizada, silk e transfer;Acompanhar a produção das estampas e materiais gráficos, desde o envio dos arquivos até testes, ajustes e aprovação final;Trabalhar em parceria com Estilo, Produto, Produção e fornecedores, garantindo qualidade criativa e viabilidade técnica;Atuar de forma integrada com o time, compartilhando referências e assets e contribuindo para a construção da linguagem visual das coleções;Organizar arquivos e materiais da área, garantindo agilidade, padronização e continuidade dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎 Buscamos uma pessoa criativa, curiosa e com repertório visual, que tenha olhar apurado para tendências e novas linguagens. Deve ser proativa, autônoma e organizada, com capacidade de conduzir projetos de ponta a ponta, atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com prazos. É importante ter facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, trocar ideias e referências,

Habilidades e conhecimentos técnicos Domínio avançado do pacote Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator e InDesign; Habilidade avançada em ilustração e desenho;DiferenciaisDomínio de Procreate e outras ferramentas de criação digital;Conhecimento e aplicação prática de Inteligência Artificial (IA) no processo criativo, pesquisa, desenvolvimento e otimização de imagens;
