Buscamos um(a) designer gráfico(a) júnior para atuar na área de branding, comunicação offline e em comunicações em mídias sociais. A colaboradora (o) reporta para a Coordenadora de Design — uma ótima oportunidade para desenvolver repertório visual e vivência prática em um time de alta performance. Em um cenário de múltiplas demandas, é essencial atuar com agilidade, organização e assertividade, sempre considerando as prioridades do negócio. Valorizamos profissionais que gostem de trabalhar em equipe, construindo soluções em parceria com diferentes áreas para fortalecer a imagem da marca e impulsionar a performance dos nossos canais de comunicação, especialmente nas redes sociais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver peças gráficas para branding - identidade visual, materiais institucionais, convites, catálogos, aplicações de marca, mídias mall, artes para VM e mídias sociais;Colaborar com a colaboradora de copy para garantir que a mensagem e a estética das peças estejam alinhadas;Aplicar e manter a consistência do branding em todos os materiais produzidos;Auxiliar na adaptação de peças para diferentes formatos e plataformas (redes sociais, site, e-mail, materiais impressos);Organizar e manter arquivos de design de forma estruturada, seguindo os padrões da equipe;Apoiar a Coordenadora de Design e os demais membros do time em demandas pontuais, respeitando prazos e prioridades;Trazer inovações para área, como o uso de ferramentas de IA, noções de motion, entre outras;Fechamento de arquivos para impressos;Noções básicas de tratamento de imagem.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Design Gráfico, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas;Forte interesse em redes sociais, midias online e tendências de comunicação;Linguagem gráfica limpa e bem organizada;Domínio do pacote Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere, After Effects);Noções de tipografia, composição e teoria das cores;Organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, especialmente em parceria próxima com outras áreas (digital e copy);Proatividade, organização e agilidade;Forte interesse e/ou conhecimento básico em IA, motion, 3D.Informações adicionaisVaga 100% presencial na região da Oscar Freire.
