O profissional será responsável pelo desenvolvimento visual de campanhas e materiais gráficos em diversas frentes de negócio: Marketing, Trade, Visual Merchandising, Atacado e Institucional, atuando como referência técnica e criativa dentro do time de design.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do cargoLiderar a criação e a direção visual de peças gráficas e de campanha para as frentes de Marketing, Trade, Visual Merchandising, Atacado e Institucional, garantindo consistência de identidade visual, qualidade estética e aderência estratégica em todos os pontos de contato da marca: do conceito de campanha à execução final.Principais ResponsabilidadesCampanhasDesenvolver a peça-chave visual (KV) de cada campanha, definindo o conceito criativo e a direção de arte.Coordenar o desdobramento do KV para os demais formatos e aplicações da campanha, assegurando consistência visual entre todas as peças.GráficoDesenvolver o design de embalagens de produto.Criar materiais gráficos institucionais (papelaria: cartões, formulários e afins).Desenvolver tags e etiquetas de produto.Criar displays para exposição em loja e eventos.Desenvolver elementos gráficos aplicados a aviamentos de produto.Estilo / TradeCriar materiais visuais para ações de seeding.Desenvolver convites gráficos para eventos.Definir a direção visual de ambientação e cenografia de eventos.Criar peças para mídia OOH (out-of-home).Visual Merchandising (VM)Conceber e desenvolver peças visuais para projetos de vitrine.Criar peças para backlights de loja.Desenvolver displays internos para ambientação das lojas.AtacadoCriar peças para mídia outdoor voltadas ao atacado.Produzir imagens de produto e campanha para uso no site.Desenvolver displays para ações de atacado.InstitucionalDesenvolver a identidade visual de apresentações institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Design Gráfico, Comunicação Visual, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em design gráfico, preferencialmente em agência, varejo ou indústria com atuação multi-frente (campanha, trade, VM e institucional).Domínio avançado de ferramentas de criação (pacote Adobe: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; diferencial em After Effects e ferramentas 3D/mockup).Portfólio consistente demonstrando domínio de identidade visual, tipografia, composição e produção gráfica para impressão e digital.Experiência com desenvolvimento de KV de campanha e desdobramento para múltiplos formatos.Vivência em desenvolvimento de embalagens e peças para ponto de venda (PDV).Conhecimento de processos de pré-impressão e acabamento gráfico.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúdePlano odontológicoSeguro de vidaWellhub Vale refeiçãoVale transporteClube de vantagens com parceirosDay off de aniversárioExtensão de licença maternidade
