Responsabilidades e atribuições Trabalhar com especialistas da disciplina na identificação do conteúdo para capacitação do público-alvo; Definir objetivos instrucionais junto aos especialistas da disciplina e clientes solicitantes da necessidade; Estruturar a abordagem do conteúdo e estratégia educacional em plano de aula; Orientar áreas clientes na pesquisa e elaboração de conteúdo; Desenvolver objetos de aprendizagem envolventes e conteúdo didático atraente que aprimorem a retenção e a transferência do conhecimento; Criar material/mídia de apoio (áudio, vídeo, simulações, dramatização, jogos etc.); Fornecer exercícios e atividades que melhorem o processo de aprendizado; Manter a documentação dos projetos e as pastas do curso atualizadas; Contatar o cliente externo para reunião de alinhamento de conteúdo, entrega e acompanhamento de projetos. Fazer a autogestão da agenda de atividades diárias para execução e acompanhamento dos projetos. Definir o método de aprendizagem a ser aplicado para atendimento da necessidade de aprendizagem apresentada; Decidir os critérios usados para julgar o desempenho do aluno e desenvolver instrumentos de avaliação; Aplicar teorias, práticas e métodos de design instrucional testados; Conduzir pesquisa e análise instrucional sobre alunos e contextos de aprendizagem; Avaliar os resultados dos projetos implementados através da definição e alinhamento de métricas de sucesso; Revisar textos, seguindo as regras ortográficas da Língua Portuguesa; Testar e homologar tecnicamente a entrega da versão final do projeto educacional;

Requisitos e qualificações Bacharelado em Áreas de Saúde ou Biológicas (Irá atuar com foco em materiais para área da Saúde) Curso ou Especialização em Design Instrucional ou similares para criação e desenvolvimento de conteúdo educacional; Experiência profissional comprovada na criação de treinamentos técnicos e profissionais na área da saúde. Conhecimento sobre teorias de aprendizado e modelos de design instrucional Diferencial ter conhecimento de softwares de Autoria (Articulate, Genially, ISpring, outros)

Habilidade em criação de roteiros/histórias; Boas noções de estrutura narrativa; Conhecimento em metodologias de aprendizagem; Habilidade para planejamento de aulas e currículo;
