É a vaga certa pra quem quer ganhar repertório em design B2B, com uma marca consolidada e muita variedade de entregas.Responsabilidades:Criar peças para redes sociais, anúncios e e-mail marketing, de acordo com o brandbook;Captação e edição de vídeos;Adaptar as peças para os formatos e tamanhos de cada campanha;Diagramar e-books, materiais ricos, apresentações e materiais de apoio a vendas;Apoiar a criação e a atualização de landing pages e páginas do site;Organizar a biblioteca da marca, com arquivos, modelos e versões.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em andamento ou concluída em Design, Publicidade ou áreas afins;Portfólio com peças digitais;Figma em nível intermediário;Adobe Premier, DaVinci e similares em nível intermediário;Domínio dos fundamentos de design: tipografia, grid, hierarquia e cor;Curiosidade para entender o objetivo de cada peça e quem a recebe;Organização para lidar com várias demandas e prazos curtos.Diferenciais 🎯IA generativa: uso de ferramentas de IA na criação de imagens (na Ploomes temos uma estrutura de agentes internos para acelerar essa trabalho e essa pessoa será responsável por manter esse brandbook atualizado);Photoshop e Illustrator;Motion design: experiência com After Effects;Web: noções de UX/UI e de construtores de sites, como Webflow;Marcas de tecnologia: vivência com marcas de software ou SaaS B2B.
