A FCamara está em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Product Designer - Sênior, para atuar em parceria com o maior Banco de Investimentos da América Latina, especializado em capital de investimento, de risco, além de gerenciamento de patrimônio e ativos globais.O time de Área Pública desenha todos os sites e experiências públicas do grupo BTG Pactual. São mais de 30 propriedades digitais: sites institucionais e de produto (investimentos, banking, empresas), simuladores e comparadores, carreiras, eventos, landing pages, as operações internacionais (Argentina, Uruguai, EUA, México, Portugal, Europa, Arábia Saudita) e marcas do grupo como Banco Pan, Necton e Pris.São 4 designers dedicados, dentro de uma área de UX de cerca de 120 pessoas. O time todo atua em todos os sites, então consistência e pensamento sistêmico são essenciais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Auxiliar a liderança no desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de design de produto, quando necessário.• Ser uma referência técnica, orientando designers mais jovens nas tomadas de decisão e contribuindo com conhecimento e desenvolvimento de competências do time.• Desenvolver soluções inovadoras e eficazes para a experiência do usuário, conduzindo projetos de alta complexidade com times multidisciplinares.• Garantir que as entregas estejam alinhadas com a estratégia de negócios, condições técnicas e com os componentes do design system.• Colaborar com insights para o desenvolvimento do nosso design system.• Criar protótipos, participar de testes de usabilidade e tomar decisões com base em dados.• Aprimorar a experiência dos usuários, definindo métricas, identificando comportamentos e problemas, e propondo soluções.• Buscamos profissionais comunicativos, com perfil questionador e proativo.• Ter autonomia para conduzir reuniões com stakeholders, compreendendo as principais necessidades e regras do negócio, além de apresentar de forma clara a solução criada.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações: Craft visual e de interface excepcional. É o principal critério e o principal diferencial. Procuramos alguém que gere encantamento visual dentro de uma marca já estabelecida: domínio de tipografia, grid, hierarquia e composição de páginas, atenção a detalhes de interação e familiaridade com motion. Sem isso, o candidato não avança.Cuidado na apresentação do próprio trabalho. O portfolio é o principal filtro. Valorizamos portfolios curados, bem editados, que mostrem o resultado final com clareza e contem o contexto de forma objetiva. A forma de apresentar conta tanto quanto o trabalho.Visão de produto e de sistema. Capacidade de desenhar soluções escaláveis entre muitos sites e contribuir para a evolução do design system.Uso de dados e métricas para embasar decisões.Autonomia e comunicação. Conduzir projetos, alinhar com Produto, Tecnologia e Marketing e defender decisões de design com stakeholders.Diferenciais:Experiência com sites e produtos web (institucionais, landing pages, fluxos de aquisição)Experiência no mercado financeiro (banco, corretora, fintech)Motion e prototipação de interaçõesFamiliaridade com código ou com ferramentas como Framer e WebflowInglês intermediárioFerramentas: Figma (essencial); Notion, Monday e Plataformas de Dados são desejáveisCondições
