O que buscamos?Buscamos uma pessoa DevOps Engineer com sólida experiência no ecossistema Microsoft Azure, capaz de estruturar e evoluir plataformas de entrega de software com foco em automação, escalabilidade, segurança, confiabilidade e experiência do desenvolvedor.Procuramos alguém com visão de Platform Engineering, que consiga atuar desde a infraestrutura e os pipelines de CI/CD até observabilidade, Kubernetes e práticas de DevSecOps.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você irá fazer:Estruturar, evoluir e sustentar a plataforma de entrega de software e seus diferentes ambientes; Projetar e administrar soluções em Microsoft Azure, incluindo AKS, App Services, redes, identidade e governança; Criar, evoluir e manter pipelines de CI/CD utilizando Azure DevOps e/ou GitHub Actions; Definir e implementar estratégias de deploy, rollback e automação de entregas; Provisionar e gerenciar infraestrutura por meio de Infrastructure as Code (IaC); Atuar com containers e Kubernetes, especialmente em ambientes Azure/AKS; Implementar e evoluir o Backstage, incluindo portal do desenvolvedor, catálogo de serviços e templates; Implementar práticas de observabilidade, contemplando logs, métricas, tracing e alertas; Gerenciar secrets e informações sensíveis utilizando Azure Key Vault; Incorporar práticas de DevSecOps às esteiras de desenvolvimento e entrega; Implementar controles de acesso, scans de segurança em pipelines e mecanismos de auditoria.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:

Experiência sólida com Microsoft Azure; Experiência prática com AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) e Kubernetes; Conhecimento de Azure App Services, redes, identidade e governança; Experiência com containers e ambientes orquestrados; Experiência estruturando pipelines de CI/CD com Azure DevOps e/ou GitHub Actions; Conhecimento de estratégias de deploy e rollback; Experiência com Infrastructure as Code utilizando Terraform ou Bicep; Experiência com ferramentas e práticas de observabilidade, como Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry ou Datadog; Conhecimento de Azure Key Vault e gestão segura de credenciais e secrets; Conhecimentos de DevSecOps, incluindo segurança integrada aos pipelines, controle de acesso e auditoria; Senioridade para atuar de forma autônoma no desenho e estruturação de plataformas, e não somente na operação de ambientes existentes.Experiências Desejáveis:Experiência prática com Backstage, especialmente implantação de Developer Portal, catálogo de serviços e criação de templates; Experiência anterior na construção ou evolução de uma Internal Developer Platform (IDP); Certificação Microsoft AZ-400; Certificação Microsoft AZ-104; Experiência em ambientes regulados, como bancos, fintechs, seguradoras ou instituições de meios de pagamento; Vivência com arquitetura cloud-native, microsserviços e ambientes de alta disponibilidade; Experiência promovendo boas práticas de Platform Engineering e Developer Experience (DevEx).
