Orquestación y Seguridad de Contenedores: Administrar la configuración y las estrategias de despliegue en arquitecturas basadas en microservicios mediante Kubernetes, Docker o OpenShift, garantizando políticas de aislamiento y escaneo de vulnerabilidades en imágenes. Automatización de Cumplimiento (Compliance as Code): Traducir normativas complejas de seguridad y políticas de Gobierno de TI en scripts automatizados dentro de la infraestructura. Modelado de Amenazas y Gestión de Vulnerabilidades: Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para identificar posibles vectores de ataque antes de que el código llegue a producción y priorizar la mitigación de fallos de seguridad detectados. Responsabilidades Garantizar la Gobernanza y la Adherencia Continua:Asegurar que los lanzamientos cumplan con los estándares técnicos y normativos corporativos sin sacrificar la velocidad de entrega del negocio. Promover la Cultura DevSecOps: Actuar como un evangelizador técnico y referente (dentro de chapterso CoE de Arquitectura) para reforzar las buenas prácticas de desarrollo seguro en las células ágiles. Administración del Riesgo Tecnológico:Monitorear, reportar y mitigar el desfase técnico o los riesgos críticos de ciberseguridad en la infraestructura como código (IaC)Requisitos y calificacionesRequisitos y Calificaciones Comunes (+5 años de experiencia) Formación:Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería en Computación o carreras afines. Trayectoria: Más de 5 años de experiencia acumulada en desarrollo de software, arquitectura técnica o administración de infraestructura, con una especialización fuerte y comprobable en DevOps/DevSecOps y entornos Cloud (como AWS o nubes híbridas). Herramientas Clave en el Entorno: CI/CD & Automatización:Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions. Seguridad Automatizada: Herramientas SAST/DAST (ej. SonarQube, Checkmarx, Veracode) y herramientas de gestión de secretos (ej. HashiCorp Vault). Contenedores e Infraestructura: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
